Next event: 3DBODY.TECH 2024, Lugano, Switzerland, 22-23 Oct. 2024

If you wish to participate/attend/visit the workshop and exhibition, ensure you register by filling and sending us the registration form available below. You will then receive an invoice with details for the payment of the registration fees by bank transfer or credit card.

Please note that pre-registration is required to attend the workshop and exhibition. For late registrations (after April 13) payment in cash at the registration desk is possible.

The last call for registrations is available as pdf file 0.9MB.

Upon request from different institutions and companies, we offer the possibility to visit the technical exhibition only. The fees for visiting only the exhibition are 4,000¥.

Participant/attendee: 44,000¥
Presenting author: 34,000¥
Undergraduate student: 29,000¥
One-day only: 25,000¥
Exhibition only: 4,000¥
Buffet dinner party: 3,000¥

Discounts on the fees are available for registrations of multiple attendees/participants.

The prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and inclusive of Japanese Consumption Tax.

The conference fees include admission to all sessions, the accompanying exhibition, coffee brakes and a copy of the proceedings.

Exhibition visit

The fees for visiting only the exhibition are 4,000¥.
Pre-registation is strongly recommended. For pre-registering, please send an e-mail to the workshop office asia@3dbodyscanning.org, with day and approximative time of your visit.
Payment may be done in cash at the registration desk.

VISA Information

Japan waives visa requirements for travelers from 61 countries and regions. Travelers on short-term stays from these countries do not require visas to enter Japan. For other countries visas are required. For more information, check with the Japanese embassy/consulate of your country or visit the web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan: www.mofa.go.jp.

Note: the deadline for requesting official invitation letters for VISA purposes has passed (Feb. 24) and we will therefore not be able to issue such documents anymore.
