Each attendee/participant/delegate that wishes to attend the conference and visit the technical exhibition has to fill a registration form and pay the registration fees before the begin of the conference.

Please fill the registration form available below, save it and send it by e-mail to the conference office (see details below). You will then receive by e-mail an invoice with details for the payment of the due registration fees.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer with IBAN & SWIFT/BIC on CHF/EUR/USD Swiss bank account
- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), by secure e-payment, +6% taxes
- PayPal and other credit cards through PayPal payment system, +6% taxes.

- Registration has to be completed before 10 October 2017.
- Registration is confirmed only after the payment of the due fees.

The registration fees include admission to all sessions, the accompanying exhibition, coffee breaks and a copy of the proceedings.

The prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) / U.S. Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST 5%) and the Quebec Sales Tax (QST 9.975%).

Note: the registration form can be filled and saved on MS Office Word (doc file) or Adobe Reader (pdf file), and sent back to us by e-mail without the need to print it.

Transfer/Cancellation/Refund Policies

Paid registration fees are fully transferable free of charge. Please inform the conference office by e-mail at before Monday 9 October 2017 with details of the transfer.

Cancellations received by e-mail at before Monday 9 October 2017 will receive the refund of all paid registration fees, less 100 CHF/USD administration charge and 6% credit card charge (for payment made by credit cards). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Monday 9 October 2017.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will be made by bank wire transfer (refunds directly on credit cards are not possible).

VISA Information

Most of the visitors to Canada do not require entry visas. Foreign nationals who wish to enter Canada must in any case be in possession of a valid travel document recognized by the Canadian authorities. Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate at the conference should contact the conference office.
Important notes:
- We will provide formal letters of invitation uniquely to registered participants.
- This letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling
   or financial support from the organizers.
- The deadline for requesting a formal invitation letter is 1 September 2017.
